Product Details
CharBreaker Pro. The motorized grill brush that cleans in under 5 minutes.

High-torque motor. Heavy-duty wire bristles bonded into the head — not clipped on. They don't loosen, they don't shed, they don't end up in your food.

Built for grillers who want cleanup over in minutes, not half the afternoon.

How It Works
Press the trigger. The spinning head does the scrubbing while you guide the handle — three speeds let you dial it up for burnt-on grease or down for a quick post-cook pass. The angled head reaches between the bars in one pass. No stopping, no repositioning, no pre-soaking in a water bucket.

25–30 minutes of scrubbing becomes under 5 minutes of guiding.

How To Use
Fire up the grill as normal. Once cooked and the grates are warm (not scorching hot), turn CharBreaker Pro on and glide it across the grate with light pressure. Let the motor do the work — no need to press hard.

Pro tip. Dip the brush head in water for 5–10 seconds before use. When it hits the warm grates, it creates a burst of steam that lifts charred residue fast.

After cleaning, knock loose debris off the head and rinse under hot water. Brush heads are dishwasher-safe, top rack. The motor is not.

The brush that does the scrubbing for you.

01 The motor does the scrubbing.

You hold the handle. The spinning head does what your arm used to do — cleanup in 4 minutes instead of 30.

02 FusedGrip™ bonding.

Heavy-duty wire bristles, chemically bonded to the core. Not clipped on. They don't loosen, they don't shed, and they don't end up in the food.

03 Fast without the trade-off.

Manual brushes take 25–30 minutes. Motorized brushes shed bristles. CharBreaker Pro does under 5 minutes with bristles that stay put.

Life after CharBreaker

Here's what your next cookout looks like.

01 The Saturday you get back.

Fire up the grill, cook, eat, done. The cleanup is over before the first beer is gone.

02 The cookout where you sit down with everyone.

You're at the table when the food's still hot. Not at the grill, alone, while everyone else eats.

03 The grill you want to fire up again.

Clean grates every time, because cleaning takes minutes. No more pushing the next cookout to "when I have time to deal with it."

04 The brush you actually reach for.

Not the one you avoid until next weekend. The one that makes you want to clean after every cook.

Everything you want to know.
Will it actually clean as well as it looks in the video?
The rotating head removes burnt-on grease and residue without scrubbing — that part is real. What it won't do is turn a grill that hasn't been cleaned in two years completely chrome in one pass. For regular maintenance after each cook, it does exactly what you see.

Is it worth the price when I can get a regular brush for $19?
A $19 brush requires 20–30 minutes of scrubbing and leaves grime between the bars. CharBreaker Pro takes a few minutes, no elbow grease, no loose bristles in your food. If you grill more than twice a week, it pays for itself in time alone within a month.

Will the bristles fall apart like my last brush?
The bristles are heavy-duty wire — but chemically bonded to the core, not clipped on like cheap brushes. That's the FusedGrip™ mechanism. On top of that, a replacement head is included with every order, so if the head ever wears down, swap it in seconds. You're not throwing the whole brush away.

Will it work on my grill?
Yes. CharBreaker Pro is tested and safe for gas, charcoal, pellet, and infrared grills. Works on porcelain-coated, cast iron, and stainless steel grates. The 7-level adjustable head angle lets you reach between bars and into tight corners on any shape of grate.

How long does the battery last? How do I charge it?
One full charge gets you through multiple deep-clean sessions. Charges via USB-C (cable included) in about 2 hours. A Smart IC chip protects against over-discharge, so leaving it plugged in won't hurt the battery. The motor also has stall protection — apply too much pressure and it eases off instead of burning out.

Is it powerful enough for really stuck-on buildup?
Best results on a warm grill right after cooking — that's when grease hasn't hardened yet. For old, baked-on buildup from months of neglect, do two passes. For regular maintenance, one pass is enough.

How do I clean the brush itself?
Rinse the head under hot water while it's spinning. The heads detach by pulling straight off — no tools, no instructions. The brush heads are dishwasher-safe (motor excluded), so if you want a deeper clean, top rack is fine.
