How to use

Turn on the remote by pressing the sound or vibrate button.

Select CH1 (Channel 1) by pressing the CH button on the remote.

Turn on the collar receiver by pressing the power button located at the back of the receiver (The LED lamp will flash every 3 seconds, indicating it has not been paired)

Long press the power button on the collar to send a signal to the remote for the pairing process. (The LED lamp will flash quicker, indicating it is waiting for the remote to accept the signal).

Press the sound mode on the remote to accept the signal. You will hear a long beep sound, indicating it has been successfully paired.

Test each type of correction mode & adjust the intensity level before putting it on the dog’s neck.

How Does It Work?
Your dog will be wearing the dog training collar that has been paired with the remote control provided.
You will correct his unwanted behavior such as barking, jumping, running away with the remote control by simply pressing the 3 different correction modes available (beep, vibrate, shock). Each correction mode comes with 99 level of intensity that you can adjust accordingly.
Try to start from the low intensity level and gradually increase the level up to the point that will get his attention.

Can this automatically correct dog's barking?
Unfortunately, no. This is not a bark collar which can automatically correct your dog when he barks. A training collar requires you to manually correct your dog’s behavior using the remote control provided.
Can my dogs use this collar?
Different dogs have different tolerance level towards the corrections. The best dog size to wear this training collar are dogs weighing 15-110lbs. The collar strap is also adjustable starting from 6 to 28 inches.
My dog's hair is long and thick, can he use this collar?
To effectively get your dog’s attention, you need to make sure that the contact probes on the collar are able to touch the skin of your dog. Sometimes it can be tricky when you use this collar on dogs with long and thick hair. But worry not, we provide two different types of contact probes, a pair of short probes and a longer ones. Make sure to use the long probes so that the collar can work effectively on your dogs.
How many collar can you connect to a single remote?
Luxipaws®️ Dog Training collar allow you to connect up to 3 dogs to 3 different channels available on the remote controller. This is a great training device for the pack.
Can I control one collar with two different remote?
Unfortunately, no. We design the collar to read/receive correction only from one remote control. This is to prevent potential false correction during the training process.
Is this collar waterproof?
Yes, the collar has an IP65 waterproof rating. Your dog can swim while wearing the collar on his neck. Just make sure the silicone cap that covers the charging port is in place to prevent water from coming in.
Should I put the black silicone covers on the metal probes?
We recommend to put the silicone covers on the metal probes to minimizes stimulation of the shock. However, if you have a large dogs that needs a little more push on the shock, you can also remove them from the probes.
How often do i need to charge the device?
It depends on how frequently the unit works. For safety and better experience, we suggest charging the unit after training session. It takes 3-4 hours to fully charge both remote control and the collar.
