How to use
Place Senselle on a firm surface

Is shipping discreet?

Yes. All Senselle orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no product images or explicit wording on the outside. The contents aren’t visible, and the label only shows standard shipping information (name, address, etc.), so it looks like a regular parcel.

If someone else receives the package for you, they won’t see the product name or what’s inside.

Is Senselle a medical product?

No. Senselle is a comfort and support pillow designed for personal use. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have existing back or joint issues, please speak with a healthcare professional before use.

Which version should we choose if we’re unsure?

If you’re not sure where to start, we generally recommend Balanced Support (Version 2). It fits most body types and gives a good mix of lift and comfort for everyday use.

Is the pillow firm or soft?

Senselle uses a high-density foam core that feels supportive with a bit of give. It’s firmer than a regular pillow so it can hold its shape, but still cushioned enough to be comfortable during longer sessions.

How much weight can it support?

The pillow is designed to comfortably support most adult bodies when used on a flat, stable surface. For heavier builds or if you prefer extra stability, we suggest Deep Cushion Max Support (Version 3).

How do I clean it?

The outer cover is removable and machine washable. Wash on a gentle, cold cycle and air dry. Do not machine wash the foam core.
